4 Jimmy Eat World, Bleed American Dreamworks, 2001: One of the best pop/rock records Ive heard to this day, the story behind the record is equally as inspiring. 5 Death Cab for Cutie, Transatlanticism Barsuk, 2003: Sonic landscape isnt the right word, but its the first one that comes to mind. At this point it seems that Gibbard and co. had honed their brand of pop song ery and Chris Walla had perfected his studio craft; it was a perfect storm, an indie rock miracle of sorts. 6 Matt Pond PA, Several Arrows Later Altitude, 2005: This records lilts, jaunts and occasionally bounds through an indie pop candy land that just makes you smile on the inside. 7 Switchfoot, Learning to Breathe Rethink, 2001: Its not the best sounding recording ever, but the songs on this record really spoke to me. That, and apparently its cool to be super into the record before a bands big major label abomination. 8 The Killers, Sams Town Island, 2006: I know, I knowbut I really liked this record. Theres no denying that When You Were Young has the makeup of an epic jam that will be playing on rock radio for the next 30 years, and thats quite an accomplishment. Is it a concept record? Not really, but Id be willing to bet that when future generations ask what rock music sounded like in the mid 00s, theyll put this record on. 9 Radiohead, In Rainbows XXL, 2007: Theres been some trash talk about Radiohead recently, and though there is a bit too much hype surrounding these guys, they still make incredible music.

All in all, the article provides a stepping stone for future research and especially for markets in which the customers practices no to little influence on the conditions stated in the contracts. It is important for future researches to conduct actual research in an actual real life setting, otherwise all the statements and conclusions drawn from the research, just like this one, cannot be verified. For managers it is important to include their customers with the way they price their models and they should take a collaborative pricing model into consideration. Furthermore, it would be a good idea for companies that use prototyping in their usual business processes to reconsider their pricing structure. As explained in the article, sometimes it is better to offer a free prototype of a product so that you can better understand the needs of your customers. Ikea. com n. d.

Much effort was made to preserve the leading position of the Murano glassmakers. The Renaissance, and later colonization, had brought with it an increase in wealth throughout Europe, there was a greater demand for artistic glassware. But there were also many new producers serving the market. Murano lost it's status as the place were nearly all artistic glass was made, but remained the most important, and the finest producer. In fact, the competition from many newer and smaller operations appears to have motivated Murano into continuous improvements of it's technique and quality, they concentrated on staying remaining the best. But in 1797 a bombshell arrived. Venice was occupied by Napoleon Bonaparte, bringing to an end a thousand years of independence. The institutions were dismantled and the guilds shut down. By 1804 control of the city had passed to the house of Hamburg, who imposed impossible taxes on Murano glass as favor to their own Bohemian glass works. It nearly saw the end of Murano glass making. In 1800 there had been 24 furnaces supplying Murano's glass makers, by 1820 only a handful remained.
